The 12th Worcester district of the Massachusetts House of Representatives is one of 160 single-member representative districts in the state. It consists of Berlin, Boylston, Clinton, Lancaster, Sterling, and Precinct 4 of Northborough.[1] The district has been represented by Meghan K. Kilcoyne (D-Clinton), the first woman to do so,[2] since 2021.

- Clinton and Lancaster are part of the Worcester and Middlesex district, represented by Democrat John Cronin.[4]
- Sterling is part of the Worcester and Hampshire district, represented by Republican Peter Durant.[5]
