Users are permitted to use multiple accounts for some purposes, but not others.
Sockpuppetry on WickedGov is inappropriate use of alternative accounts.

Undisclosed alternative accounts[edit source]
In some cases, undisclosed alternative accounts may also be permitted. Examples include, but are not limited to:
- Disclosed alternative accounts: These are almost always permitted. To disclose an alternative account, put a prominent notice on both your main and alternative user page.
- Privacy reasons: Some users may want to avoid real-world consequences of editing certain controversial articles. Using undisclosed alternative accounts to avoid this is permitted, as long as a user does not edit with multiple accounts in the same topic area.
