Vandalism on WickedGov is any deliberate attempt to damage content. Vandalism should be reverted or deleted. Users who post repeated or egregious vandalism should be blocked from editing.

Innocent experiments with editing should not be considered vandalism, even if they are in the wrong place. However, if test edits are repeated after warnings, they may be considered vandalism.
Vandalism-only accounts[edit source]
A vandalism-only account is an account apparently created for the sole purpose of vandalism.
In general, vandalism-only accounts should be blocked indefinitely.
